Please also send the config.log and src/pm/hydra/config.log. Did you install the BLCR package somewhere nonstandard? The hydra configure thinks it has a working libcr: ----8<---- checking checkpointing library... blcr checking libcr.h usability... yes checking libcr.h presence... yes checking for libcr.h... yes checking for cr_init in -lcr... yes ----8<---- So something isn't agreeing between the environment in which the configure test program is being compiled and the environment in which your "make testing" programs are being run. -Dave On Dec 17, 2012, at 11:21 PM CST, Stephen Zheng wrote:
It seems there's a problem with libcr.so.0. How to solve it ,please? (maketesting.txt attached below.)

Hi,
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 compiling mpich2-1.5.
During the configure and make steps , there were without any problems ,all seemed fine .
However during the make check step, I encountered some errors that I didn't know why.
Can you tell me what's wrong with it, and how to solve it?
The c.txt & m.txt & mc.txt are attached below.
thx.
