itaps-parallel Phone conference

We should have an ITAPS parallel interface phone conference to discuss open iMeshP issues raised by Simmetrix. We probably won't resolve all issues in the phone conf, but it will be a good starting point for further discussion at the spring bootcamp. Here are possible dates/times for the phone conf.
