I like this much better.
Couple of changes to suggest...
First, change the first 'make' to 'make-spec-ck'. The second to
'make-no-spec-ck'. I'd name 'save-load', 'run-save-load' and
'no-save-load' to 'run-no-save-load'. Finally, reverse order of
save-load and no-save-load so no-save-load comes first.
I don't think 'Executive Summary' line or other blank lines are needed
either. But, date is good to have.
