Here's some more information. I've attached an HTML version of what I see. There are no fields for properties or comments, and it clearly shows that I'm logged in. Something is clearly broken.

I don't see a comment box. I'm looking at this page : https://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/mpich2/ticket/20 . Where would I find the comment box? I've tried typing in the various boxes that are displayed, but there is no effect. Am I looking at the wrong page?

You'll need to add text in the comment box below the current list of comments. Or you can just reply to it through email; these two are equivalent.
