Is there anyway to update the above URL with info from MPICH2 and move the above URL to http://www.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/mpich1/www ? A.Chan
Looks like this html is built by the script '/home/MPI/maint/ makewwwpages', although I don't know where that is called from. Presumably someone's (Bill's?) crontab calls it nightly. There is suspiciously similar looking tree of HTML in '/home/MPI/www' but it lacks the "This file generated by" comment in index.html that exists on the website. So I'm not actually sure where http:// www.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/www/ is being served from. Hopefully whoever touched it last will speak up and let us know so that we don't have to do too much more detective work. The old web pages are served from /mcs/www/mpi, so this one is in /mcs/www/mpi/www. I don't think it is updated nightly. It is just the man pages for the MPI functions. Rajeev

Yes, if I recall correctly, these were installed as part of the MPICH-1 release process (much of what's in /home/MPI/maint is for MPICH-1).
