Everyone, It seems she a'singing. It looks like everything is lined up for the House and Senate to pass the FY-12 Maxibus that will fund most of the government including the Department of Energy. So - what does it mean for NE? We are still figuring out the details, but attached is a spreadsheet you might find useful. It captures the President's Request, House and Senate Marks, and the final Omnibus numbers. NE will be working out the exact numbers in the next few days - but now it is a matter of accounting for taxes and other things. We have our top line numbers. Soon they will be written in law (literally). Regards, Alex ________________________________________________ Alex R. I am sure I should know this but I don't. What line item does NEAMS fall into on that spreadsheet? Mark On Fri, 2011-12-16 at 07:20 -0800, Larzelere, Alex wrote:

Mark, Sorry -- I should have been clearer. NEAMS is under Crosscutting Technologies within the NEET line. We are planned to get $23M of the $41M under the Presidents' request. Now we will get a bit less, but not horribly less under the $36M figure. Exactly how that will turn out is being discussed as I write this, but will probably not reach any conclusion until early next week. We will let you know.
