We use: self.download = ['http://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/file/34099/scotch_6.0.3.tar.gz', 'http://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/externalpackages/scotch_6.0.3.tar.gz'] So - if the first url fails - configure should use the second one.
