[Scidea] submission

Hi, The IDEA submission from UC went through about 5 pm yesterday. I've posted the version that was submitted to SVN. I think the proposal looks really good overall, and I hope DOE lets us do the work. It was also good working with all of you; hopefully we can continue. Dan -- Daniel S.
