I am sending this calendar invite for the MPICH presentation to HPSF. If you can attend, it would be great. Our presentation is only about 15 minutes or so. After that, we have to drop off to let them discuss privately.
When you click on the Zoom link, it will take you to a page that asks for a Linux Foundation userid/password if you have one. Just below that is an option to Join as Guest. It is in small font, so you may miss it. You can click on that and join as guest.

Thanks for the excellent discussion at the TSC meeting this morning. Hui has made the requested updates to the Governance document. I would like to request your vote on these three items:
1. Adopting the governance plan in MPICH GOVERNANCE.md
2. Adopting the code of conduct in MPICH CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
3. Adopting Apache 2 user license starting with the MPICH 5.1.0b1 release scheduled for November.
Please reply (preferably to the whole list) with your vote by Tuesday, September 8. You could say “Yes to All” or anything else.
