Created a new ResourceDelegate object, related to Resource, which maintains a list of identities that have been delegated some sort of access for the resource. Possible delegations are current "request" (approve requests) "account" (manage resource accounts) and "edit" (edit the resource). This feature references #27. Completed the UI components including the node under the resource and the dialog to assign a delegate. TODO UI items include removing, activate/disable elements. To get things started, I've created the beginning of the test hierarchy and gotten userbase2 into the jenkins setup. To see the status, or trigger a build, check out: http://jenkins.mcs.anl.gov:8080/jenkins You have to log in with your MCS credentials to see userbase2 (the only 'public' project is an ALCF python support library, Trireme). We can change that in the future if you'd like. Of course, it just occurred to me that the auth should be going over SSL, and it isn't right now. I'll get that fixed today, but it shouldn't affect the functionality in any fundamental way. Let me know if there are questions/concerns. Justin
