Dear Jiayuan and Pavan, As you know, we are planning on submitting the extended paper to IJHPCA. You gave a deadline of July 31st for this. If we submit earlier, can it get started in the review, or are you going to wait to assign reviewers? We could be ready to submit in a couple of weeks from now, and wonder if this will make any difference in the timeline. Thanks! Lorena.
