SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
This fix provides updates to Bridge API libraries and back-end mpirun
(mpirun_be).
Any applications (job schedulers for example) using the Bridge API static
libraries
(libbglbridge.a or libbglbridge_s.a) will need to rebuild in order to
pick-up this fix.
Applications using the Bridge API shared library libbglbridge.so will
automatically pick-up the update.
LoadLeveler uses the libbglbridge.so shared library so no updates to
LoadLeveler are needed for it to work with this fix.
