So for my free beer (Thanks Jerome), here is my two cents worth.... Shell is a mandatory field, however the Admins (Secretaries) would not know what to choose. Choose the most common shell and leave that as the default. The Workstation resource should be something that the person receives when the account is created and shouldn't have to request it. The text attempting to help the user was written by me, on the fly, while coding and debugging etc. so I won't take it personal if what I wrote doesn't make sense. I may call you names, but I'd do that anyway..
It's my hope this is a good "read only friday" project, and rumor has it Jerome is buying beer for anyone who does this, since I normally enlist him in testing front-ends.. (I just started that rumor, btw)
