Hi,
I try to create the compiler linked with mpicc of the openmpi distribution
but I have following error:
smendez@node1:~/darshan-2.1.2-install/install/bin$ ./darshan-gen-cc.pl
`which /home/smendez/openmpi/bin/mpicc` --output
~/darshan-2.1.2-install/install/bin/mpicc-openmpi
Error: failed to invoke /home/smendez/openmpi/bin/mpicc with -v
