It looks like there may be a firewall blocking connections between machines. Try disabling it on your hosts and running again.

After reconfiguring, recompiling and reinstalling mpich2 with the sock-channel flag (--with-device=ch3:sock) to avoid active polling, every MPI program (Self written programs, and also the Intel MPI Benchmark too) breaks when it calls a MPI function:
