Ok, I logged in and selected a ticket to view. I wanted to add a comment to it, but there's no obvious way to do that - the help page talks about annotating the ticket, but there is no annotation or edit button visible. Ok, I logged in and selected a ticket to view. I wanted to add a comment to it, but there's no obvious way to do that - the help page talks about annotating the ticket, but there is no annotation or edit button visible. Are the viewed tickets read-only?

Try it now. I've given you the same permissions as everyone else (TRAC_ADMIN), so you should be able to do whatever you want now. I suspect that the permissions setup is not quite perfect yet.
