While it may be useful to have detailed steps for a certain cluster and purpose, this is hardly a swift issue. In this particular case, setting maxJobTime and maxNodesPerJob (or the equivalent) are pretty straightforward steps to get the desired outcome, and given how swift is configured, there isn't much more that can be done. It splits file names based according to some rules and treats the individual tokens as indices or field names. In the case of "r33subj017.txt", using "." as a separator, it would work with either of the two following possibilities: type struct1 { file txt; } struct1[string] physdata <...>; -- OR -- type struct1 { file txt; } type struct2 { struct1 r33subj017; } struct2 physdata <...>; In the first case, the file would be accessed using physdata["r33subj017"].txt, and in the second case it would be physdata.r33subj017.txt. Of course, our documentation doesn't quite get into any of this, but then that's a well known issue.
