no MPI_INTEGER_KIND constant defined

Hi, MPICH2-1.4 implementation doesn't define MPI_INTEGER_KIND constant, though it's described in MPI standard beginning with MPI 2.1. Does anybody know whether this is intentional, or not? Thanks. MPL_env2int issue

Hello everybody, Pavan, I run into an issue into MPL_env2int procedure. Actually it returns only positive values and works incorrect for negative values. hasSign variable is not taken into account while calculating the value. I've corrected it into my local version.
