Shakey network utilization

I have been troubleshooting CPU problems on MCS-221sw since Monday morning and have narrowed it down to one remaining possibility. Can anyone explain why shakey is pulling down 50+ Mbps constantly since Monday morning starting roughly at 0000hrs? It appears to be TCP traffic since I do see the outgoing traffic rate increase at the same time. It has peaked above 80Mbps, but has not dropped below 45Mbps at any point during the week. I believe that this is what is causing my CPU problems and I can take action to adjust things on serverNET if I knew what it was doing. It appears to have done this once before a couple weeks back for about a week, then nothing. Historically speaking, it has had peaks in the past for no more that 1 day or 2.
