URGENT /ci/projects/cnari disk usage

The cnari project in /ci/projects is using about 60% of the total available capacity of that drive. Most of that is in the logs directory. Is it possible to clean up that space? Possibly delete unneeded log files (400G worth)? Thanks, Mike - yes, I think that is correct. So Ti: please feel free to do the moves (or compression) as I suggest. For now, move is better than compress, as I *do* need to create an NSF report on usage very soon that may need the log data. If you're asking if we make use of this specific contract, then I'd say that looks like a UofC contract; I know NSIT used to have a RHEL site license and satellite server they used to make available to others at the UofC, so if RHEL specifically (vs CentOS or some other distro) is needed, you may be able to make use of their license. Don't know if they still have it though, and/or if they're still sharing it. Corey Liss (the UofC license guy) would know, cpl1(a)uchicago.edu. If you're asking if those of us here with RHEL support make use of it, then I'd say not really. We have RHEL support on fusion; it does get us faster access to patches and access to ISO images (fwiw), but we haven't really had to make any support calls. In general, CentOS is fine, but I do like to give RH some $$ for their effort, 'cause if RH goes under, so does CentOS, most likely... John
