[CELS Sysadmins] RT scrip to keep closed tickets closed?

Just wondering if anyone out there has played with (or deployed) an RT scrip that opens a new ticket if a user replies to a closed ticket, especially if the ticket has been closed for some specified period of time. We'd like to implement something like this for ALCF tickets, since some users just reply to the last support e-mail in their inbox (or whatever), whether their new issue is related to the existing ticket or not. - Tisha _______________________________________________ This is the CELS Sysadmins mailing list. My uncle passed away this morning (not unexpectedly), and the wake & funeral will be this Fri & Sat in NY. Plans are still materializing, but as a result, I'm going to be working from home today, and likely I'll be out Thu and Fri this week. John
