I was hoping I'd seem better this morning, but so far not. Starting to feel flu-like since last night. I'm going to stay in bed today and avoid bringing it in. I'll keep an eye on mail if necessary. Please put me down for a sick day.

My laundry drain has backed up. I have a call in to a plumber hopefully they will come tomorrow, but more hopefully I will be able to get it unclogged by my self before they come and can save the hundreds of clams. Which is to say that I will be at home tomorrow, if I can get work done I will, and be online as I can. Which is to say that I cannot guarantee that I will be productive at all, and so I would like to ask you to please count this as a vacation day for me. Cheers, (which is to say ... Thanks.) -- max

Hi, I'm going to Olivia's school at 9:30am on Thursday to hear her sing "You Are My Sunshine" to me during the Mother's Day assembly. She is the first group to go so I'll leave directly after. I'll be online for a bit before I leave and check email while I'm there. I should make it to the lab by 10:45. I'll work through lunch and put in an extra hour at home. Beth
