Account reactivation - jenkins

We need to ASAP make it so that suspended accounts can reactivate without a person to manually change the suspended status to inactive. T. I have to stay late after school on Wednesday. About 45 minutes or so. I need to take a portion of the "test-out" that I took over a month ago. The Librarian John, was more interested in other things, then making sure all the pieces were in place for the test to be graded. UGHHH! I should at the lab between 12:30-1:00. T.

From this point forward, we're not creating new Mediawiki sites for MCS sites. Confluence only for MCS sites. (Other divisions/domains remain unchanged for now.) -- Craig
