CI-MCS cross-realm authentication

So following the desire to be able to use some other entity's credentials for authentication, I decided to try cross-realm kerberos authentication and lo and behold I got it working. If I put leggett(a)MCS.ANL.GOV in my userPassword LDAP attribute on the CI side and then go somewhere that does LDAP auth (like Zimbra or a simple LDAP bind) and give it my MCS password, I'm in. This method requires some special principals to be put in place on both KDCs though the trust relationship can be one way: i.e., MCS can trust ANL auth but not vice versa. It also requires all auth to go through LDAP (which falls through to SASL and then to Kerberos). It may be possible for SASL to talk to RADIUS some way which means that it might be possible for a person to always use their LCF crypto-card, but I'm not sure since I haven't dug in to the SASL side. Even with the special princs required, I'm sure we can convince both ANL and UC ITS to put them in place so we can trust their auth. Comments most welcome.
