Confluence permissions

I had a chat with a user about confluence permissions and some concerns we may want to bring to users' attention. Specifically, the confluence-users group. This is the group that gets access to a space by default if the user doesn't check the 'private' box when creating a space. This group is not only MCS people. It also includes DOE program managers, employees of other labs and various other external collaborators. We should remind users of this, as they may incorrectly assume confluence-users is MCS only. Users cannot check what the members of a group are themselves. I figure an email blast and some additional text in the Confluence resource in userbase should help clear things up.
