The on-site OMEGA office can be reached at 630-252-5050 until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, or after-hours at 888-281-6412, for any immediate reservation needs during this time. > We apologize for this inconvenience. This interruption of service is necessary to implement site updates. The changes will not impact current trips or reservations. The GetThere home page URL will not change: wcp.getthere.net/anltravel and the link will still be available on the Argonne travel web site. Most of these updates will be “behind the scenes” and transparent to travelers and their arrangers. A few of the more visible changes will include: > A new look to the traveler home page and updated system messages. > New Single-Sign-On for GetThere users: > Current GetThere Users will select the logon button from the existing GetThere home page and be directed to a separate logon screen. The user will enter his or her ANL domain user name and password. This replaces the previous logon method of using the employee badge number and GetThere password. If an incorrect Argonne user name and password are entered, the error message “Credentials not recognized” will display. > For New Users to access the system, the user must first have a GetThere profile. If you attempt to logon prior to receiving access, the following message will appear: “Resource Not Found.” Do not enter feedback as the message requests; instead contact pgrabaskas(a)anl.gov to request access. > The traveler will no longer have the ability to self-update the name fields. Thank you for peacefully waiting so long. It has finally happen. The Industrial Hygiene has called me today to let me know that by the end of this week there will be a change in your JHQ. TMS will automatically transfer your confined space entry "check" into the new non-permitted confined space box. This move will eliminate the current training requirement. You will receive a notification from TMS and you will have to go to your JHQ and approve the change. For new employees, make sure to "check" an appropriate non-permitted entry box. This will not require any training, however, as we did before, during one of your regular meetings, I will go over entry rules for non-permitted confined space. Lets say once a year ~15 min.
