Anybody know the history of these two files? https://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/mpich2/browser/mpich2/trunk/src/util/osse… https://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/mpich2/browser/mpich2/trunk/src/mpid/ch3/… It seems that they will always generate object files with no symbols which produces irritating ranlib warnings on OSX. Is there any reason that I shouldn't just delete these files? -Dave

FYI: niagara1's autoconf

I was in the process of building autoconf 2.62 on niagara1 but just found out that svn and autoconf-2.63 are actually installed on the machine. They can be found in /opt/csw/bin > which autoconf /opt/csw/bin/autoconf > autoconf --version autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.63 A.Chan
