Hi,
I have had several comments from ESH Coordinators about the names of the 911 caller sometimes appearing on the 911 email alert messages. The concern is that this can put the caller in an unwanted spotlight. Is this a new policy we have implemented? If not, can the operators be instructed not to put the names on the email notification unless necessary for direct contact purposes?
