New crash carts

Two new crash carts are in the control room for the datacenter. They've got a couple of UPSes with them, as these will be the ones we roll into place where there's no convenient power. MCS can provide the LCDs, keyboards, mice, etc. for these. If someone wants to get all mechanical for a while, assembling the carts would be dandy. == Craig
