After leaving the restaurant last night, I discovered that my car had been broken into. While they didn't get anything critical (my GPS) they did a proper job on the passenger window. Monday I will in to work normally - I'm going to gaffer tape something in place today. Tuesday AM I need to meet with the adjuster and see if Lisle can fit the new window, and discover if there is any damage to the mechanisms in the door. Monday - in as usual Tuesday - dropping car off for service @ 0700hrs - working from home till noon - afternoon off ... headed to the zoo (Great Bear Wilderness preview) Wednesday - in as usual till 1245hrs - 1300hrs Imogen's dentist appointment (fingers crossed) - ??? back afterwords hopefully (otherwise finishing out the day from home Thursday - in as usual Friday - working from Loyola (1000-2000hrs with a 1 hour lunch break) - Presenting a Turing Award to a student during the Honors Luncheon @ 1200-1300hrs otherwise at my computer in my office Questions or concerns, let me know. -corby

HPC Slammed - Magellan is the logical culprit

I am seeing high cpu on HPC, and I am tracking it back to huge amounts of traffic on magellan, which are causing huge amounts of errors on the interface. Things started 0800hrs this morning. TRAC question

I got a request from Tom Uram to create TRAC project for if-media. I believe I created the project correctly but Tom tells me that he does not have admin privileges. I used this command: sudo -u apache trac-admin /var/www/localhost/trac/if-media permission add turam(a)CI.UCHICAGO.EDU admin I'm completely unfamiliar with TRAC, can anyone give me any tips on troubleshooting this ticket?
