New Meeting Schedule

I mentioned in the MCS Core Tactical yesterday that I'd be scheduling some new, targeted meetings, as well as rescheduling some existing ones. Below is a list of the new meeting formats. Where names are listed, those are generally critical to the meeting. If your schedule permits and you're interested but not on the list, you're welcome to attend. I'll be contacting the attendees with options for the meetings to nail down the times. I'll then send out Zimbra invites, as well as add them to the group Systems Calendar so all can be aware in case they want to attend. Daily Syncs: 15 minutes 11AM (CI) and 11:15AM (MCS) If you're available, attend. It's a good opportunity to find out what other people are doing, and it gives me a good pulse of the group's activities (though it's worth doing if I'm not around as well). === Weekly HPC Sync (30-60 mins) (Adobe Connect for remote participants) Afternoons (Day TBD) - Stacey, Leggett, Valdes, Blaas, Urbanski, Cross Focus is on the operation of Beagle, Fusion, PADS, FutureGrid, and other clusters. === Weekly Servers and Services Sync (60 mins) (Day TBD) - Stacey, Murphy-Olson, Leggett, Raffenetti, Trefonides, Walker, Roberts Focus is on servers and services including web, VM infrastructure, storage, compute services (including breadboard), production servers, etc. === Bi-weekly Userbase Sync (30-60 mins) Alternating Tuesday afternoons - Stacey, Walker, Raffenetti Focus is on userbase development and issues with production system. === Bi-weekly CI Services Sync (30-60 mins) Alternating Mondays, at Searle - Stacey, Cross, Forero, Urbanski Focus on CI operations, servers and services. === Bi-weekly User Support Sync (30-60 mins) Opposite Mondays from CI Sync, at TCS - Stacey, Stanton-Piersanti, Roberts, Trefonides, Forero Focus on Ticket queue (CI and MCS), issues facing users.
