Just FYI. I am also getting the double free error when I run under slurm (mpich 3.0.4). Please don't take correspondence off list as I'm following the thread. I can't add anything more useful than Markus has already provided with his stack trace and logs. It sounds like your problem is outside of MPICH's control but just to be sure, you can run a simple MPI application and get expected output as long as you're using a regular Windows user account correct? (You'll have to forgive me if I don't know all the Windowsisms. Is there actually anything in those checkpoints? With a checkpoint happening every 4 seconds you may be overdoing it. Hello, We are having problems after having installed the MPICH2 (32-bit) along with TauDEM 5.1 32-bit Install Package on one of our Windows Server 2008 64-bit Citrix 6.5 test severs. When registering users using the wpmiregister.exe it appears that only the admin. credentials will work and NOT Citrix regular user accounts. Is there some way to allow Citrix regular users to be able to run commands that call the TauDEM applications from the server? For example, opening up a command prompt on the test server and typing in ... mpiexec -n 8 pitremove -z "W:\FOR\RSI\RSI\Projects\wburt\projects\2013\006_HSCM_Boundary\data\Raster\dem25.tif" -fel "T:\test.tif" requires users credentials to launch the processes (see screenshot below). Regular Citrix credentials don't seem to be accepted whilst my admin. ones are? Here is attached a simple test. This is a simple Master/Slave program. The master launches several slaves with MPI_Comm_spawn. I run the program with the command line mpiexec.exe -log -n 1 -localonly master.exe With or without the lines MPE_Init_log(); and MPE_Finalize_log() it fails with the same error .\src\logging\src\clog_commset.c:CLOG_CommSet_get_IDs() - PMPI_Comm_get_attr() fails! MPE isn't actively developed and should sit strictly on top of any MPI implementation so you can just grab MPE from an older release of MPICH. My guess is that MPE will be a standalone download at some point in the future. MPE is available in mpich-3.0.4 ? rlog doesn't work in configure process.

Hi, I didn't find the MPE source in mpich-3.0.4 package. Where I can download the source? It is still compatible with mpich? And I tried to install the logging support available in this release, but my try didn't was successful. I received the follow error: /home/fernando_luz/software/mpich-3.0.4/src/util/logging/rlog/configure: line 3694: PAC_CC_SUBDIR_SHLIBS: command not found configure: creating ./config.status config.status: error: cannot find input file: `Makefile.in' configure: error: src/util/logging/rlog configure failed I attached the c.txt file used in the configuration.
