We have upgraded the mailing list server from Mailman 2 to Mailman 3. If you receive this email, the mailing list is working!
Note the correct address for this mailing list is discuss(a)lists.mpich.org. While discuss(a)mpich.org may have worked in the past as an alias, it is likely to have glitches after the upgrade. We will be updating our webpages for the correct mailing lists addresses. But meanwhile, place a note to use discuss(a)lists.mpich.org for future MPICH discussions.
