I have changed the download for MetaGenomes, so there is only the
option of downloading the compressed version of the pre-computed
file. If there is no pre-computed file, the user will get a message
saying it has not yet completed.
I have compiled a list of jobs which have run successfully and have
had their download file computed. If no-one complains, I will send
the following eMail to the users that have completed jobs ready for
download. I have sent a list to bob with the jobs successfully run
through which have not yet been completed.
I suggest someone creates an automatic notification to the users,
once the pipeline has completed the pre-computation. We also need to
re-establish the current version under .prod (the current production
resides under .dev).

Dear MG-RAST User,
the download of the annotations created by the MG-RAST server has
been revised. Since the files are quite large and the computation is
quite extensive, we have chosen to provide them in a compressed file,
containing genbank format. You should now be able to download them
without delay on the details page of the MG-RAST server.
The following of your jobs have a completed download file available:
--- list jobs here ---
If you have more jobs in the pipeline which do not yet have a
computed file for download, you will be informed via eMail, as soon
as they are completed.
