Globus support

FYI, systems is now getting copied on tickets to support(a)globus.org. This is pretty low traffic, and at the moment the expectation is just to get a look at what the tickets are like. Eventually, we will be providing support on this. A training session is being set up to go over things like creating accounts. Tina will be scheduling it. Once it's scheduled, if you can you should attend to get a handle on what the support will entail. == Craig

Where's Chris?

Chris is going to wait for the cable guy to arrive between 8 AM and sometime in 2012. While the fancy splice job I did in the back yard tonight returned service to an operational state, I did manage to scare them into coming tomorrow morning to fix it properly. (Apparently, girlfriends, lawnmowers, and partially buried cables don't mix) Yet again, we learn why comcast is officially "the worst company in america": http://consumerist.com/2010/04/congratulations-comcast-youre-the-worst-comp… If he shows up bright and early, I'll head on in, otherwise I'll just stay here.. While he's here, I won't be online (obviously) but I should be fine before unless the splice job falls apart.. (You would be surprise what a pair of butt splice connectors can do!
