zimbra reply-to weirdness

I've noticed a lot of users complaining that when they send mail through zimbra the reply-to field is being rewritten to their primary e-mail address from their MCS profile, but when they change that primary e-mail address it doesn't fix issue. I remember at some point hearing someone say that it was an issue with userbase (though I could be misremembering)... is there anything that Jerome or I can fix on our own without poking at userbase, or should we just let someone else know if we get more complaints like these? -- Adam

cryptocard failures

One of our redundant cryptocard servers had an issue at 4:37pm today that caused it to stop authenticating users. It looks like the servers on the secondary server also were affected by the failure for some users until the services were restarted at 5:10pm.
