You're going to hear this again from me in some official format, and you will hear it from me repeatedly, but I'm saying it now loud and clear. It doesn't matter what kind of deadline you're up against, it doesn't matter how far behind you are. Your safety is the most important aspect of your job, and you should *never* feel compelled to rush or skip steps in completing your work safely. If I have ever given anyone the impression their safety was anything other than the top priority, it was a false impression. If there is ever another accident within this group, "I was in a rush" is not in any way an excuse. == Craig
