You're going to see notices with various deadlines on when your action is required for your performance appraisal. If you report to me, however, your deadline for doing your self evaluation/statement of accomplishments is October 2. This is to give me adequate time to write appraisals before I disappear on vacation. If you wait until the lab deadline of October 9, I'll have precisely one day to write your evaluation, and that would be a factor in your eval :). -- Craig (mobile)
