Clarification about PANDA

I would like to clarify the procedures for publication clearance and collection of accepted papers: If the paper has an Argonne author, then the paper needs to cleared at Argonne and the final version needs to be collected by Argonne. This holds true even if the ANL author is not the first author and even if the paper is cleared by another lab. By default, the first listed ANL author should be responsible for paper clearance by ANL and the transmission of the final version to ANL. Thanks, Marc
