More information/material on the Jan 23rd meeting with ACME and ASCR
including updated agenda and discussion paper (attached).
Attending from ASCR: Steve Binkley, Bill Harrod, Barb Heland, Randall
La violette.
There is an opportunity to present 3-sides on topics such as
Performance, software requirements, testing strategies etc. I'll work
on one for coupling and happy to present others from Argonne.
From what I know, the main purpose of this meeting is to figure out
how/if ASCR might start a project targeting ACME. I don't know if funds
are actually available for that.

I have attached a draft agenda and a background paper for the meeting.
Please note the opportunity for any attendee to make a short 3 slide/ ~5
