I've done it by removing io.cpp file then get the new version, it's now working. Thanks.
I see that assygen 7 is doing very slow now, and it's still hanging for Duct no. 2. While I try to debug on it in ddd, I did "run assygen 7" which make 3 = argc in rgg/io.cpp file, it fails to give correct file name for reading. I tried to give m_szInFile="7.inp" or "7" both failed. I am now looking at the code. Can someone also take a look on it?

I suspect some conflicts between your working version and the one in repository.
How about searching any "<<<" in your "io.cpp" and fix them?
Moreover, I think you also need "--enable-src" to use new MeshKit design algorithms fully.
